Author, Lecturer and Director of Programs for National Black Justice Coalition
Rev. E. Taylor Doctor is the Director of Programs for National Black Justice Coalition and brings a unique perspective through his experiences as a career public health program administrator and ordained clergyman. He seeks, through his work, to reduce barriers and cultural stigma, and increase dialogue through intentional partnerships between faith communities, public health organizations, and social justice initiatives and programs.
Throughout his career in public health, he has worked both in national non-profits as well as state health departments in disease prevention and HIV care services overseeing the contracts of sub-recipients providing direct services to persons living with HIV and vulnerable communities, while providing technical assistance and support to the prevention and care programs of the health department.
Rev. E. Taylor Doctor is a published author and experienced lecturer. His devotional “Exposed” was published in At the Table: Words of Faith, Affirmation and Inspiration for LGBT Believers of Color.
