Felicia Hill-Briggs, PhD, ABPP, is the Professor of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, Director, Behavior and Cognition Sub-Core, Healthcare & Population Science at the Baltimore Diabetes Research Center, and Senior Director, Population Health Research and Development at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Welch Center for Prevention, Epidemiology, and Clinical Research.

Prior to joining the Johns Hopkins faculty, she served on the faculty of New York University Medical Center-Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine. As a behavioral scientist and clinical psychologist, Dr. Hill-Briggs works to bring quality care to people in underserved neighborhoods and to help them change how they manage their diabetes. Her research focuses on chronic disease self-management, behavioral intervention trials, health disparities, neuropsychology and functional impairment and disability.
